Counselling and Hypnotherapy

With offices in London (SW1A) and Kent (TN12)
In-Mind offer a flexible approach, tailored to meet your needs.
Using both traditional Counselling and a range of therapeutic activities our aim is to assist you in resolving personal challenges, promote psychological well being, self confidence and greater personal understanding.

Counselling is a co-operative process aimed at helping clients express themselves, discuss the challenges they are facing and manifest positive change and emotional/ psychological well being.

Hypnotherapy induces a natural state of relaxation (often referred to as “trance state”) where the brain is more open to appropriate suggestion and the client is able to access information and processes they would not normally even consider possible.

Eco-therapy/ Bushcraft is the art of taking counselling outdoors and into a safe natural environment. As a part of this approach you will learn some very useful techniques for living a more natural life - from tree identification and wild food gathering, to fire lighting skill, water purification and more.

Mindfulness is a modern take on the Buddhist tradition of meditation, it is easy to learn but does require practice to gain the full benefit. Fortunately just 5-10 minutes a day has been shown to have a profound effect on our well-being.
